Magesh Babu is a technology entrepreneur, AV consultant and an engineer. He is a from Hyderabad. Earlier he with TCS as an AV consultant for 5 years with holding designs patents on concept of immersive & intelligent classrooms and a certified technology specialist and member of global AV standard ‘INFOCOM’. Experienced in audio-visual automation customisation solution in all arenas, auditorium, board rooms, and specified experience centre.

V Chandrashekar, A BCom graduate and Diploma in Electronics from ATI Hyderabad, worked as Service Engineer in Solidaire, BPL as service engineer, quit as Regional Service Manager from Binatone India Pvt Limited in the year 1987 and started a multi-brand service centre in the name of KASI TV & VIDEO CLINIC in Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar.

DirectorIn the year 1999 R. Narayana Murthy with V. Chandra Shekar floated a company called USK ELECTRONICS a partnership firm to cater services of all International Multi-brand entertainment electronics equipment. (Audio and Video Equipments)
In the Year 2001, started trading all Multi-brand Audio video equipment as specialist in Home theatre segment (Designing of Home theatres with Proper acoustics and integrating international brands of Amplifiers, Speakers, Projectors and Screens basically with High-end equipment). Simultaneously started manufacturing of Speaker stands and Speakers in the name of USK.
Opened High end Demo rooms with international Brands of Speakers, amplifiers and Projectors in the year 2005 in heart of the city (Babukhan mall) Begumpet Hyderabad.
Opened an ultra High end Demo rooms with new concept called CEO lounge and opened Immersive AURO 3D demo room with active speakers and 32 channels audio processor, also named as IMMERSIVE CINEMA-AURO 3D , DOLBY ATMOS , DTS-X. Both demo rooms first of its kind in India.
